PROJECT EIGHT - SHORELINE RENOVATION

Our client purchased a lot right along white bear lake for their dream lake house. They wanted access to the lake on the steep 20 ft slope down to the water. An old set of steps existed on the slope, and Winco was able to renovate the previous, unsafe steps into a series of natural and beautiful retaining walls and steps that allows safe and functional access to the lake. This project is still in progress - with phase two to include permeable paver patios & walkways as well as native plantings to efficiently filter stormwater runoff to ensure nothing contaminates our beautiful Minnesotan lake.
